Email Outreach pricing and limits
Instantly's current first-party plan overview lists three paid Email Outreach tiers. These prices and limits are the correct starting point for the sending layer, but they are not a complete cost estimate for every buyer.
| Plan | Monthly price | Uploaded contacts | Monthly emails | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $47 | 1,000 | 5,000 | Small tests and low-volume outbound |
| Hyper Growth | $97 | 25,000 | 125,000 | Established outbound and agencies needing higher capacity |
| Light Speed | $358 | 100,000 | 500,000 | Large-volume email operations |
Paid plans currently include unlimited connected email accounts and warmup. The uploaded-contact number is a fixed workspace limit across campaigns, not a monthly refill. That makes contact capacity a materially different constraint from monthly email volume.
Growth versus Hyper Growth versus Light Speed
Growth makes sense when the campaign universe is genuinely small. Its 1,000 uploaded-contact cap can become the limiting factor before send volume does, especially if several campaigns remain stored in the workspace.
Hyper Growth is the practical operating tier for many established teams because it increases both contact and email capacity and adds capabilities such as Agency View and subsequences according to the current plan comparison. It also supports paid outreach add-ons.
Light Speed is for teams that can actually support much larger sender infrastructure, list operations, and reply handling. The plan's 500,000-email allowance is useful only if the mailbox fleet, campaign quality, and sales process can responsibly absorb that volume.
Unlimited connected accounts does not mean unlimited campaign volume
The outreach subscription currently allows unlimited connected accounts, but each sending account can have its own daily campaign cap, and each campaign has a total daily limit. Instantly's current guidance recommends 30 campaign emails per day for typical non-AirMail accounts and a lower maximum for AirMail. Slow-ramp settings can further reduce early daily capacity.
So a buyer should model monthly volume from the bottom up: prepared mailboxes × conservative daily cap × active sending days × follow-up load. The plan allowance is the billing ceiling, not a sender-reputation recommendation.
Outreach add-ons can expand capacity
Current first-party add-on documentation lists an Email Outreach add-on at $87 per month for Hyper Growth or Light Speed. Each add-on increases uploaded-contact capacity by 25,000 and adds 125,000 monthly emails. Buyers nearing a plan boundary should compare an add-on with moving to the next tier rather than assuming one path is always cheaper.
Credits are a separate data/enrichment budget
Instantly Credits pays for SuperSearch and several enrichment, verification, and AI actions. Current plans start at $9 per month for a small credit allotment and scale through higher tiers. Work-email enrichment can consume different numbers of credits depending on the source, while lead verification is currently priced in credits per record.
If you source and verify data elsewhere, Credits may be optional. If Instantly is your lead-generation layer, estimate credits from the number of campaign-ready leads you need—not from raw search-result counts.
CRM and Inbox Placement are separate subscriptions
The current plan overview lists CRM at $47 per month for Growth CRM and $97 per month for Hyper CRM. Inbox Placement is also separate: Growth Inbox Placement is listed at $47 per month for unlimited one-time tests, while Hypergrowth Inbox Placement is listed at $97 per month and adds automated testing.
This is why comparing only the $47/$97/$358 outreach plans can be misleading. A team that wants the complete Instantly ecosystem may have several concurrent subscription types.
Domains and mailboxes add infrastructure cost
Instantly's current documentation lists managed domains at $15 per year each, DFY Google email accounts at $5 per month each, AirMail accounts at $4 per month each, and pre-warmed Google accounts at $10 per month each. Buyers can also connect infrastructure acquired elsewhere, so these are optional vendor-provided costs rather than mandatory Instantly charges.
Ownership and portability should be part of the decision. In particular, current pre-warmed-account documentation says Instantly retains domain ownership and administrator access.
Illustrative total-stack examples
These examples use currently published prices and annualize domain fees monthly for comparison. They are illustrations, not quotes, because taxes, annual discounts, third-party services, and account choices can change the real bill.
| Example buyer | Components | Illustrative monthly equivalent |
|---|---|---|
| Small email-first test | Growth Outreach $47 + Nano Credits $9 + 1 DFY domain ($15/yr) + 5 DFY Google mailboxes ($25/mo) | About $82.25/mo |
| Small team using more of the ecosystem | Growth Outreach $47 + Growth Credits $47 + Growth CRM $47 + Growth Inbox Placement $47 + 2 domains + 10 DFY Google mailboxes | About $193.50/mo |
| Agency-style Hyper Growth example | Hyper Growth $97 + Growth Credits $47 + Hyper CRM $97 + Hypergrowth Inbox Placement $97 + 6 domains + 30 DFY Google mailboxes | About $495.50/mo |
The examples exclude any separate subscription required by additional workspaces and exclude third-party CRM, enrichment, phone, or automation tools.
How to choose the right plan
- Estimate unique uploaded contacts that must remain in the workspace.
- Estimate monthly campaign emails including follow-ups.
- Calculate realistic sending capacity from prepared mailboxes.
- Decide whether lead sourcing/enrichment will use Instantly Credits.
- Decide whether CRM is needed or your existing CRM remains the system of record.
- Decide whether one-time or automated Inbox Placement testing is operationally necessary.
- Add domains/mailboxes and any workspace-specific subscriptions.
Then compare the complete monthly stack with alternatives. That is a more defensible decision than choosing the cheapest outreach plan and discovering the missing layers later.
Pricing caveat
Instantly changes product packaging and limits over time. The figures above are based on first-party documentation current in August 2026. Re-check the linked plan and billing pages immediately before purchase, especially if annual billing, add-ons, extra workspaces, or managed infrastructure are important to the decision.
